About the role The Music Leader (Voice) is appointed by the Principal and is accountable to the Principal through the Deputy Principal and the Assistant Principal (Mission).The Music Leader (Voice) works closely with the Deputy Principal, Assistant Principal (Mission), Performing Arts Learning Leader and Music Leader (Ensembles) to ensure the development and implementation of a comprehensive cocurricular voice program. This involves both the College’s performance program and individual voice program. The Music Leader (Voice), in partnership with the Music Leader (Ensembles) and supported by the Performing Arts Assistant, leads music staff and students to ensure a vibrant, engaging and supportive College co-curricular music program.The Music Leader (Voice) is responsible for implementing the College philosophy and modelling and supporting the goals of the College Mission – Education, Spirituality, Community and Justice. The Music Leader (Voice) is expected to support the vision and goals of the College as a faith learning community and to be involved in professional development and ongoing learning.Application ProcessShortlisted applicants will be required to attend a panel interview.
