About the role The Learning Leader is appointed by the Principal and is accountable to the Principal through the Deputy Principal and Heads of Learning. This learning position drives a collaborative culture of quality learning, student and staff growth and academic excellence, aligned with the College’s Catholic ethos, Marist Spirituality, Victorian Curriculum and Vision for Learning.The Learning Leader will work closely with the Deputy Principal, Heads of Learning, Learning Team and relevant staff to ensure the development and implementation of a holistic learning and teaching program that is reflective of innovative practices for the stages of the Polaris framework.  The Learning Leader at Marcellin College is responsible for implementing the College philosophy and modelling and supporting the goals of the College Mission – Education, Spirituality, Community and Justice.
