This will be a fixed term opportunity until 12 December 2019 with the possibility of extension.Reporting directly to the HR Manager, your primary role objective will be to provide all aspects of administration support ensuring all information is prepared in a high quality and timely manner. Some of your key duties will include:Organize, compile, update college employee records and documentationData entry into HR databases, including employee file auditingSupport document control of HR policies and proceduresAssist with the documentation of procedures in either work instruction or procedure format.Answer employees’ and applicant questions and provide requested informationCreate reports from HR and Synergetic systemsHelp organize and manage new employee induction and on-boarding programsThis is an ideal role for a recent HR Graduate or an experienced HR Assistant looking to take the next step in their career.
