The Director of Staff and Strategy at Marcellin College is responsible for implementing the Catholic Marist philosophy of the College and modeling and supporting the goals of the College Mission – Education, Spirituality, Community and Justice.  The Director of Staff and Strategy is a member of the College’s Senior Leadership team and is expected to work closely with the Principal, Deputy Principal, Business Manager, Assistant Principal’s and Directors to facilitate the day to day running of the College.Key responsibilitiesThe Director of Staff and Strategy supports the spiritual, academic, physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of students and as such carries responsibilities across Education in faith, Learning and Teaching, Student Wellbeing, Leadership and Management, Community, which are identified by the School Improvement Framework.  The incumbent is expected to support the vision and goals of the College as a learning community and to commit to ongoing professional development and learning.Please refer to the position description for selection criteria and further details. Child Safety ComplianceAll applicants are required to:Provide proof of IdentificationComplete a Child Safety DeclarationComplete online Child Protection trainingProvide or agree to undertake a police check (National Police Certificate)Provide evidence of a current VIT registrationPosition Description AUD Bulleen 3105
